Of all the personal and professional traits that help Courtney to constantly be in the top 1% of real estate agents in the nation, determination has to be at the height of that list. A self-starter to the core, she left her native New York and relocated to Seattle, putting herself through college at the University of Washington. After graduating, she moved to the Bay Area and bought her first home at the age of 22. Since then, she has made real estate her life’s undying passion.

Having closed over $200M in transactions, she continues to rely on a diehard work ethic, an instinct for smart marketing, and a focus on research and analytics to navigate the competitive landscape of San Francisco’s real estate market. From record sale prices in the shortest possible times to hundreds of successful transactions—and even getting buyers into contract amidst aggressive multiple offer situations—she not only has the acumen to get the job done for her clients, but she also possesses the integrity, communication skills, and appropriate sense of levity necessary to ensure a great client experience.

As a Bay Area homeowner herself, she understands how buying and selling can be as much of a personal and emotional journey as it is a financial one.
